Payment Policy – Cleaning Fee
Please note that the cleaning fee of $450 ($500 on the NEXA Yacht)will be automatically deducted from the final ledger. This amount will be reflected in your closing statement and is not required to be paid separately.

Other Forms of Payment
Please be advised that payments made via payment link (including credit cards, debit cards, or other online methods) will incur an additional platform processing fee, as charged by the payment service provider. This fee will be added to the total amount due at the time of payment.
As an alternative, guests may choose to settle payments through Ledger deduction, which does not incur additional processing fees. If you wish to use this option, please inform the property team in advance to make the necessary arrangements.

Check-In / Check-Out Policy
Early check-ins or late check-outs are not guaranteed and must be requested in advance. Unauthorized late departures may result in additional fees to cover scheduling disruptions.
Trash Removal Policy
Sedona has a NO waste policy. Guests are required to remove all trash from the property upon departure. Due to the absence of municipal garbage collection in Sedona, no trash may be left inside the property or in any on-site trash bins.
Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $40 trash removal fee, which will be deducted or charged separately.
Trash Collection Service are available but should be contacted by you.

No Pet Policy
To ensure the comfort, safety, and cleanliness of our property for all guests and residents, Pets are not allowed on the premises. This policy applies to all animals, regardless of size, breed, or temperament.
We kindly ask all visitors to respect this rule. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees or cancellation of your stay.

Ranch No Pet Policy
For the safety of both animals and guests, and to preserve the natural environment surrounding the property, pets are not permitted on the premises. This policy is in place due to the presence of wild animals in the area, which may pose a threat to domestic pets and disrupt the local ecosystem.
Additionally, this measure helps minimize the risk of property damage and maintain hygiene standards for all guests.
