Maximum capacity (When Stationary): 20 pax (excluding captain and crew)

Maximum Capacity (When Chartered): 12 Pax  (excluding captain and crew)

Maximum Lodging Capacity: 4-6 guests (4 Adults)

Check In Time: 4:00PM

Check Out Time: 12:00PM

Note: If no Prior guest is in use of the Unit, earlier check in time can be accommodated. Cleaners will need time to clean and set up the unit.

Reservations:

1. Book your reservation through the NEXAcations websites.
2. Booking does not confirm reservation. Please reach out to [email protected] to confirm your stay. (Note: Confirmation is needed to ensure the availability and condition of the unit.)
3. Once confirmed, you will be given instructions to provide access to the unit.

Regular Accommodation

For regular accommodation and lodging, using the yacht will only require a cleaning fee of $500 (interior Cleaning and Linen wash)

Lodging - The Master Bedroom in the yacht is off limits. The yacht has 2 of 3 rooms available for use. Couches are not intended for sleeping.

Should you intend to just stay at the boat, then we would only need a cleaning fee. Instructions on accessing the boat will be given upon confirmation. 

Chartering the Yacht

We will have to schedule and request a quote for chartering the boat depending on the location/distance of travel and duration of the trip. 

Fees for Chartering - This will include the below items excluding Tips for the Captain and crew. Food and drinks should be shouldered by the guests.

• Captain/Crew Fee
• Fuel
• Washdown Fee
• Slip Rental (if Any)

This will be based on a schedule basis depending on the availability of the Captain chartering the boat, and availability of a slip of docking to another marina.  The Estimate cost of the Charter as listed could be $6000 ~ $12,000 per day. This is just an estimate, actual cost could be different.
